"The Garni was a wonderful place to stay for our first time in Poland! Very friendly staff, the room was great quality and very clean, and the location is perfect for being able to access the Old Town and local attractions, but far enough away that it’s quiet at night and away from the hubbub of the city. There are wonderful cafes and restaurants minutes away providing authentic Polish cuisine that are not overrun by tourists. Fantastic location and a great stay; would highly recommend for anyone having their first trip to Krakow or returning! "

"This is a lovely hotel. Really well located - close to the old town and shopping centre. Stuff are very helpful. Excellent coffee in the cafe and amazing cocktails in the bar. Rooms are relatively spacious for a city hotel. The gym was good for a hotel gym - 2 treadmills, a cross trainer, a multi-gym and free weights "

"Friendly, efficient, accomodating staff who are always happy to help and offer advice. The hotel is perfectly located for access to he old town and Christmas markets. The rooms are kept spotlessly clean. The food in the bar was really nice, with a good selection. Breakfast can be a little chaotic but still enjoyable. We will definitely come back to this hotel again."

"Had a great stay. The hotel is located in the heart of Krakow and walkable to key sites and transportation. Being on a main pedestrian street, it can get a little noisy, but the hotel provides earplugs for sleeping. Staff were all very friendly and helpful. Would stay again "
