「We stayed at Giuseppe’s property for one night as a stopover before our next destination, and overall we had a good experience. The room was very clean, the location was amazing, and we really appreciated the complimentary bottle of Prosecco, which was a lovely touch. Giuseppe also kindly let us check-out later and stored our luggage free of charge which allowed us to stay a few more hours in Florence and check out the local monuments before our departure. 「the place was beautiful. gave us a good feel being in Italy. room is large for 3 people and cleaned everyday . must be too hot on those days coz fridge waa not very cold😆」

「There is a tram station nearby, so it's very convenient. The water pressure in the shower was also great. Best of all, there is a delicious jarato restaurant nearby.」

「ウフィツィ美術館やヴェッキオ宮殿からすぐの立地なので観光に疲れたら少し休憩に戻ることができます。建物の入り口の暗唱コードを入れて建物に入りますが数日で番号を変更するようなので滞在中もメールなどチェックできるようにした方がいいです。スタッフも常駐というわけではないので連絡手段はあった方がいいですが連絡するとすぐに返信してくれます。人の多いエリアですが私の部屋は静かで快適に過ごせました。」

「凄くフレンドリーな接客で素晴らしい滞在が出来ました。 歴史地区は車が入れないのでこのエリアを選びましたがレストランは少し歩けば豊富にあります。 スーパーも近くて便利でした。」

「朝食メニューの少なさ、朝食時間の遅さは改善してほしい。部屋には洗濯機が有り、助かった！ せっかくキッチン付きの部屋なのに、ロックされていて使えないのは残念。 また、エアコンがついているのに、全く機能せず寒かった。 予約してからホテルとのやり取りのために、アプリを入れなければならなかったが、まったく使えずに面倒くさかった。 立地、周辺の環境、その他、特に問題ない。」
