「Perfect location for me because it was quiet and private. This is a unique and beautiful neighborhood bordering BLM forest. This small home has a very comfortable floorplan, beds, seating and great amenities. Loved the kitchen appliances. The owner is very welcoming and helpful. 」

「Perfect place to stay on our trip to Nevada City! The space is exactly as described. The birds outside were the cutest neighbors! There are apples and wild blackberries on the property, too. In the morning, you may hear people walking around upstairs. Something to consider if you are a light sleeper or want to sleep in. It was a short walk to town. Be sure to check out the Saturday Farmer's Market if you can! Would definitely consider staying here again. 」

「Great place to crash if you're visiting the river, 10 minutes from Oregon Creek Park, which is an awesome spot to hit with kids. Pretty sparse surroundings and it's deep in the woods, so it's remote and private.
