The main house is super comfy, with two bedrooms. Each bedroom has a queen-sized bed, so you can get a great night's sleep. The open-plan living area leads right out to a sunny deck, perfect for chilling out and soaking up the sun. The separate sleep-out has even more space, with a bedroom that has a queen bed and a cot, which is great if you're traveling with kids. Plus, the sleep-out has a bunk room with two sets of bunks, so there's plenty of room for everyone. And to make things even easier, there's a separate bathroom in this area too.

Guest Access:
Guests will have private access to the entire house during their stay. The garage is locked and for the owner's use only. The shared boat ramp is accessible to residents. Ensure your vehicle and trailer are parked within the property to avoid obstructing the ramp for other residents.

Please respect our neighbours with noise and considerate parking. They are permanent residents there and we have a great relationship with them.
