「I did not like there was no actual kitchen or dining space. Did not stay for the full length paid for id like some sort of reimbursement. This wasa」

「Room was clean and tidy. However the drive way was so steep that our standard Corolla grounded so hard we had to park at the McDonald’s next door a higher SUV tho would be ok can I suggest that if possible the top of the drive be flattened a bit. The house was very good value and the instructions spot on so aside from the drive a very good value for money stay Thanks」

「Overall was good. The photos look better than in person, the fridge was loud. You can hear all the street noiseNo many complaints from our mates」

「Styled beautifully with great detail. It's a very warm & comfortable home that just a stones throw from Rotorua township. This home is next door to shops, takeaway store & bottle store. Communication with Susan & her team is always clear, professional & personable & we would definitely book it again.」

「We had access to everything we needed- a fantastic stay and close to all the activities in and around Rotorua making for a great 'base'Plenty of room for our family of 5 and will absolutely book again if we have the opportunity. PS- Laundry was great to have after visiting Hell's Gate mud baths!」

「good location for my team」

「Good points ■very good responsive owner ■3bed room and 2bathroom is good for family or group use ■not perfect but almost clean Improvement points ■there is no a/c in 2 bedroom(day time was little too warm) ■Some of the equipment was out of order (it wasn't displayed on the facility's equipment list, but I was a little concerned that it was there but couldn't be used) Overall, I think it's suitable for a casual stay with a family or group, but some compromises are necessary.」

「Easy location, central to everything. Clean and tidy and everything you need in kitchen and bathroom. Was a little noisy being beside busy road but overall very comfortable 」
