"The staff is very helpful and kind. Their elevators were down and it was a little difficult to get to our room - again, the front desk was incredibly helpful in trying to accommodate. We did love that they were pet friendly but the carpet had a lot of stains. Our dog kept returning to a big spot on the carpet and the corner of the bed (he didn't add to it 😄). The bathtub was also stained. The room is very spacious and worked well for having a service dog with us. The outdoors is well kept and has a lot of grass for dogs to do their business (it would be nice if everyone was courteous and picked up after their pet - we stepped in poo twice)."

"Hotel is extremely run down and dilapidated. Had to push/pull door very hard to close/open. The rooms feel dirty, including the carpet (it felt sticky on bare feet). Parking is a nightmare. It definitely does not live up to Quality Inn standards and was the worst of the four Quality Inns we stayed in during this road trip."

"My husband and I were driving my mother to Albuquerque from Illinois to live with us, and we stayed one night at this hotel. She requires some mobility accommodations, and I ordered an accessible room. Check-in was super easy, and the staff was friendly and helpful. The room was right off the lobby, which made it very easy to get her settled. My husband and I went to the restaurant and ordered food for us, with a part of the meal "to-go" to take back to the room. Our server was very attentive, and the meal was packed up perfectly. If you are on the road and need a place to stay, I highly recommend this place!"
