ローズランドのコテージ

「This is a charming little cottage with a blend of original architecture and modern furnishings. Coffee (provided) on the porch, listening to the river, was a perfect way to ease into the day. Close to breweries, cideries, wineries and Wintergreen (both on the mountain and in the valley). The hosts were very responsive both before and during our stay. We would highly recommend this property.」

「Nice cabin in a good location! 」

「The Little Cozy Cabin was very clean, pet friendly and close to all the activities that we wanted to attend. The host Jeremy was available when needed and very accommodating.」

「The property was very nice and comfortable. The area is convenient for hiking (Crabtree Falls is quite a workout!) and the property has a large fenced yard and a nice fire pit. We were a little concerned about 4 people sharing 1 bathroom but we made it work! The owner is very helpful, friendly and quick to respond to questions. While there aren't a lot of dining options close by, there are many options if you are willing to drive 30-45 minutes. Overall, a fun weekend in the mountains!」

「Our stay was fantastic! Great location for wineries and hiking. Perfect for a couples getaway for privacy and quaintness. Will definitely consider booking again if we ever come back to the area!! 」

「Placed perfectly to activities in the Lexington area. This cute little cottage was the exact thing we needed after a day out at the Virginia Horse Center. The beds were comfortable and the ability to relax and unwind was easy. Our hostess was always quick to respond and getting in and out of the home was easy. I will remember this for next year's shows. Thanks.」

「Great little cabin with beautiful countryside and only a short distance from Lexington and VMI! Easy check-in. Great space indoors and out. Kitchen was nice and had all the amenities we needed.」

「Loved the Cottage! So cozy and perfect for our 4 day getaway. We enjoyed the grill and fire pit as bonuses!Super convenient to wineries, breweries and downtown Charlottesville.Thank you!Bree and Grant」

「House was clean except for the two dirty hand towels lying on the bed when we arrived. Washer and dryer were behind a locked door so I had to message the host to get a code to open it. She first insisted it wouldn’t be inside a locked door, so I had to wait for her to find out about it and she replied quickly enough with the access code. I’m guessing nobody ever needed to use the washer before us? Strange. Rooms could have used dressers or something to put clothes in. Vanities in master...

「Very friendly and had great small little touches that made it an enjoyable experience. Appreciated them having a toaster and a nice refrigerator. The views are fantastic. Next time I hope to use the sauna.」

「For our first visit to the Natural Bridge State Park area, we chose to stay at a Vrbo property nearby in the Lexington , VA area. The Rustic Bayberry property nailed it on every category. We had great communications from the property owner & truly enjoyed our time there. Due to 100 feel like temps on the July 4th weekend, we found ourselves at the property most afternoons relaxing as the property’s cooling system was a welcomed item during the heat. Thanks to the Meads for a fabulous...

「Good location, very spacious for 4 guests. Excellent choice of LVP flooring instead of carpeting as there was significant rainfall both days of the visit that would have suffered wet shoes on departures and arrivals at the house.」

「We had a lovely stay and enjoyed the cottage! Heather responded quickly to messages. I do feel like there could be some areas of improvement with cleaning as all the picture ledges, lamp shades and some of the walls have layers of dust and I’m not sure if the place was swept or vacuumed before we came. I understand it’s in the middle of the woods but the amount of living and dead stink bugs was astonishing!! Not sure if pest control could help that out since one fell on me on the couch oh and...

「Had a great time! Great place to enjoy the mountains!」

「Nicely kept and great pastoral location. Would recommend adding a few more kitchen supplies to make cooking a little easier. Really did not enjoy a corner camera and alarm at parking area that would go off everytime you walked by. I've never experienced that at a short term rental. Overall pretty good stay though」

「Beautiful place and easy access to wineries and breweries in the area! The cottage was very clean, cozy and accommodating. Will come again!」
