「Good 」

「Before staying at this hotel I called and asked if the hot tub was working, I then made a reservation. The place sounded great, but it wasn't . I showed up and before checking in asked again is the hot tube working. I was told yes. Two hours later I found out it didn't work and hadn't for some time. The pool, kid's pool and hot tub were all filthy, with scum on their walls. The only emergency exit from the pool area, sealed closed with layers of ice. The fitness room consist of an old treadmill....

「Rooms were nice and clean. Beds were comfy」

「Would stay again when in the area. Soft beds.」

「Austin was a great host: friendly, outgoing and very knowledgeable! His facility is extremely well maintained and his waffles alone are worth the trip! We'll be back!」

「Excellent breakfast」

「We loved the history of the property and enjoyed the experience of staying in a historic building. The breakfast was top notch, fresh, local and in two charming breakfast rooms. At check-in the manager carried both of our 50 bags up the stairs to our room for us and shared a lot of the hotel history. Just off Main Street, walking distance to Baseball HOF, shops, and restaurants. Two thumbs up!」

「Nice plece of calm」

「Price quoted was not the price owner tried to charged. Coffeemaker provided with no coffee or filters, no cups. Towels were forgotten to be put in room. Heat, clock, and fridge were unplugged. Was questioned as to why I turned the heat on in the room. Advertises breakfast/ snack Cafe on premises not operational. No restaurants or stores nearby. Room was clean and spacious and quiet. Bed was comfortable and clean.」

「Clean room and good breakfast」

「Spectacular interior spaces and super friendly owner. The interior is filled with incredible woodwork, especially grand staircase. Our suite was large and comfortable. Books everywhere to read. Great amount of satisfying choices for breakfast. We were pleasantly stuffed afterwards. Close to several restaurants. We were biking the Erie Canal Trail from Syracuse to Amsterdam NY and it was very convenient, close to trail and owner insisted on having our bikes inside. Loved it!!!」
