"the air conditioner dripped onto the polished marble floor (a hazard for my 84 yo father with a cane and balance issues) and the walls were thin enough that I was aware of when and what my neighbors were doing in their bathrooms (inconvenient late at night) no separate beds on the ground floor and no elevator (harder for my dad to make work) staff were kind and thoughtful."
