The apartment is cozy but designed in every detail to maximize the space. Historical windows surround the living area and the wood volume with walk-in closet at lower level and king size bed at upper level.
The studio flat is equipped with all comforts necessary for a short stay (high speed wi-fi, washing machine, full kitchen, Nespresso machine, smart TV, AC, etc.) and is located in an elegant and quiet residential neighborhood (with restaurants, cafes, supermarkets within walking distance) very close to the city center: Colosseo is only 4 stops away by subway. The location is strategic to visit the city: it is between two subway stops (Policlinico: 8min & Bologna: 6min) and two train stations (Termini: 2 stops and Tiburtina: 1 stop). Children under 14 are not allowed.. City Tax: € 6,00 per person per night to pay at check-in for a maximum of 10 nights
