ホテル アカデミー スタッフは どなたも親切でした。
空港から タクシーで10分 (ローカルタクシーで メーター無し 20ユーロ　ぼったくりかも？)　ちなみに バスは 1ユーロでした。ホテルよりバス停まで 徒歩 5分程度、空港まで 約10分でした。 周りに 美味しいは 美味しいレストラン、まずくて高いレストランも有ります。スーパーも近く便利でした。 他のホテルのチェックアウト時間は ほとんど12時、ここは 10時なのでプレッシャーを感じました。

ローマ空港での乗り換えのために利用しました。到着が夕方で翌日早朝に出発したため、空港に近いこのホテルは便利でした。ホテルまではシャトルバスを利用しましたが、乗り場、予約方法などの詳細は事前にメールをいただきました。清潔な部屋、リーズナブルな料金、とても満足しています。

3つ星とは思えないほど部屋は清潔でとても快適でした。スタッフもとても親切でした。10€でホテル前までフィウミチーノ空港までのシャトルバスを利用できます。 周囲にはレストランやスーパーもあるので便利です。 壁が薄いのか隣の部屋の音はかなりダイレクトに聞こえます。

受付を通らないと客室のある建物には行けませんが、ドアがガラスで少し不安でした。私たちは別の日に一泊ずつ計2泊したのですが、シャワーの出が悪い部屋もありました。あと、すごく隣の部屋の音が聞こえます！受付の男性はみな感じは良いですし、ホテルのシャトルバスは外部のシャトルバス会社だと思うのですが運転手も◎。夜遅くのフライト、朝早くのフライトには便利です。シャトルバスは1人10€、2人は1人8€。空港の乗り場はメールで聞いた場所の道路にbus shuttle、①の数字が書いてあります。そこで待てばlangianoと書かれたバスがきます！私たちは初め分からずに周りの人に聞いても皆さん知りませんでした。メールの通りに行って待てば看板も時刻表もありませんが必ず来ます。あと周りに歩けば早くに閉まりますがスーパーもあるし、夜はホテルの前の道の１つ向こうの道はかなり賑やかになり、飲食店も多く人通りも多いです。その雰囲気が楽しかったですし、港まで散歩がてら歩いたりしました。フライトによってはまた利用したいと思います。

１階の部屋でドアが全面ガラスなのはちょっぴり不安もありましたが、トランジットで１泊するには必要充分な部屋。スタッフも親切でwifiもスムーズ。朝食は別料金６ユーロでつけられ、空港までのシャトルも２人で16ユーロ。タクシーだと定額25ユーロだったので、時間があえばシャトル利用がリーズナブル。夜は周囲が少し寂しいですが、海も歩ける距離でした。

This hotel is a good fit if you are looking to stay near the airport as we were in our final day in Italy before heading back to the states. The staff was helpful and generally quite kind, and the hotel room was clean and neat. It's quite a drab building with no extra amenities, but close to some good restaurants and cocktail bars. There is no laundry (it says they have laundry on several booking websites), so keep that in mind if that's something you're looking for (again we were at the end of our vacation). The breakfast was good - some light fruit and pastries and they have a coffee bar that was also quite good. Checkin and checkout was quick, and we were also able to book a shuttle (8 euro/person) to the airport which was very convenient. It's about a 10 minute drive to the airport, so again this is a good spot if that's what you're looking for.

The triple room was cute and clean but very small- had to open large suitcases on the beds. Bathroom was clean except for mold in the corners of the shower and growing on the hair dryer cord. There seemed to be a smell in the bathroom that was being masked by a very strong air freshener. With the window closed, the air freshener was so overpowering by the middle of the night, I couldn’t sleep and ended up covering it with towels to try to contain the smell. Location was good for places to eat and proximity to the airport.

We booked this (very reasonable) hotel as we wanted to stay near the airport to reduce stress on the following morning when we had relatively early flights. We knew that we were getting a modest airport hotel, and that's what Hotel Academy is. It met our expectations and served its purpose nicely. I suggest you arrive at the hotel at bedtime as there is nothing much to do/see/eat in the area. If you're looking for a clean, safe, value hotel near the airport, this hotel will deliver.

Small hotel... Quaint, quiet. Great place to stay. The desk clerk in the evening was above and beyond. My wife had family she never met come to meet her and the clerk Andrea went above and beyond to translate for us, offered to make us coffee and found a spot where we could be comfortable for my wife and her cousin to get aquainted. I will never forget he generosity !!!

Nice, clean basic accommodations close to airport. Just stayed overnight due to a 12 hour flight layover. The guy behind the counter was great. When I asked for a 5:45 wake-up call he informed me that they couldn't do that since there are no phones in the rooms, but he volunteered to knock on our door at 5:45....and he did, and with a big smile on his face. That's customer service (with a smile)

This hotel is good value for the price. We like that one can walk one block from it to the road along the river front and find many good dining options. Stayed here in 2017 and came back on this next trip. Transport to and from airport available for a reasonable price.
