The A subway stations, Vittorio Emanuele station and Manzoni station are a few minutes walk from the apartment and allow you to reach all the most beautiful and interesting places in Rome in a few minutes.
The house is equipped with an air conditioning system for hot and cold air.
The living room has a sofa bed , a television , a table with 3 chairs. Bookcases, lamps and pictures complete the living room furniture.
The bedroom has a double bed(160 cm x 190 cm), a desk with a chair and two wardrobes. The bedroom has an air-conditioning system for hot and cold air.
The kitchenette is complete with a refridgerator, stove, electric kettle, electric oven, cutlery and dishes for four people.
The bathroom has sanitary ware and a walk-in shower; it does not have a bidet. The washing machine is located in the bathroom. The bathroom has no window and is equipped with an electric heating system.
