「Staff was friendly from front desk to dining area. However, the elevator and room were not clean.」

「The front desk staff are excellent and helpful. The room is clean and pretty comfortable. There were 2 issues I had. There was a gap around the door to the hallway so you could see light from the hallway all the way around. Also, you can hear everything in the adjacent rooms...doors, tv , talking. 」

「My stay at the Terre Haute resort casino hotel was stress free. I had no problems with the room, the mattress, Wi-Fi on any of my devices, or any concerns for my safety. I checked in on my Expedia app, prepaid, and was greeted by the friendly staff upon arrival. As I stated this visit was completely stress free no complaints. The room was clean comfortable, the amenities were upscale and this is was one time I hated to leave. 」

「This place has no one to greet you when you walk in. You have to talk to a computer. First key they gave me did not work. Had to get another one made gave me a different room. So we go into 203 and there’s a hot tub in the room. Well we look at the mattress it’s very stained and dirty. Pillows had stains all over them with black hair all in every pillow case Very outdated. Just overall horrible horrible experience 」

「Not happy at all the pictures and the way the room looked way different! Could not get an extra pillow on requests. Room was dingy and old, needs an update especially for the price. Photos are different than what was given to me! Water in the shower goes to hot to frezzing cold in and out. Not with the price. Staff was strange…」

「Room was clean, bed was good. Morning staff (desk and breakfast) were very friendly and helpful. Need more luggage carts, and the elevator needs renovation.」

「Clean bathroom. Bed was OK. No place to hang up clothes which is a downside. Noisy area from road as well as people talking outside at all hours could be heard. Overall not a bad value for the cost though.」
