「Unit was not clean No internet until Saturday night. Communicated with Agent Friday upon check in, again Sat. morning and Sat. Afternoon. Sent screen shots showing that internet bill on screen was behind and no internet Sat.afternoon. Agent Kept saying to hit reset button, but acct was not paid up.」

「Well appointed & clean. Upstairs beds comfy. Bathrooms modern & clean. Great location, but parking is difficult. MANY minor repairs needed (e.g., pocket bathroom door sticks closed, trapping inside, blinds need replacement-won't close letting streetlight glare in BR, downstairs hide-a-bed broken & useless, bar in kitchen unstable, etc...) All things a handyman could fix in a day, but not being done. We would stay again, but only if Mgmt company guaranteed these fixes 1st.」

「This condo is close to the airport with its own parking spot under the building. Not walking distance to anything downtown, but UBERs are very easy to get and cheaper than parking downtown. Well maintained but starting to show its age. Overall was a great fit for what we wanted - which was a place to sleep when not fishing. 」

「Overall - this house was a pleasant surprise - better than we expected. I think the pictures don’t do justice to it. The location is just fantastic - right on Duvall street - this alone made it worthwhile. Couple of minor things for the owner/manger to fix - the TVs are way too small (32”) for the size of the house and this day/age, and we could do with more dishes and utensils in the kitchen. And the door at the bottom of the stairs needs fixing right away - it makes a loud noise every time...

「We would have loved to stay in a beautiful guest house in Key West, but settled on this nice 3rd floor condo at a more affordable price near the airport. There were four of us for 2 nights. The kitchen had new appliances and countertops, and there was a new washer/dryer. The balcony was lovely, with table and chairs.
