Lack of attention, empathy and respect. Hard to find- did not have clear labels to know which apartment you were staying at.
Lock box- lacked label to know which one to insert your code.
Place was not cleaned, smelled like wet dog, had dog hairs all over the floor and couch, beds sheets were not washed from previous users, pots and pans were too old had too much ware, mold in the bathroom.
When contacting Vacasa, politely spoke with 3 different employees explained the situation, the last rep transferred me to their supervisor to cancel and get a refund put me on hold for over an hour and our call was disconnected.
Later I received a text asking me to rate the cleanliness of the place explained the situation and provided pics. Rep apologized told me to they would put a service ticket( nothing happened from that) The rep. Ended with if there’s anything else I can help you with pls let us know. That was the cherry on the cake for me.
