"Came back a second night. Since we were still in the area another night. The new front staff were good. Bedding room and bathroom were all clean.
Room was still what I would call old/dated but well kept. Just not the carpet. Carpet was well stained, old and thread bare in places."

"It was a clean and confortable place, but anyway, I don't know why, there was nobody for my check-in, nor the six days I stayed there, I only saw work people there two times. So well, it's a good place, but if there's nobody to look after it, well, you can't ask for help or maybe end up sleeping over on the street. Also, in japanese night there's practically no streetlights and it was almost imposible to find the place (it's like hidden behind and enormous stone wall)"

"施設もお部屋も新しく良いのですが、やはり、館内にレストランがなく、周囲の銭湯やキッチンカーに頼るのは無理があると感じました。恐らく、自治体が、地域にお金が落ちるようにホテルに条件付きでオープンしたものと想像しておりますが、ホテルのクオリティと周囲で提供される内容にギャップがあるのかもしれません。地元の銭湯やキッチンカーの方は 本当に頑張って下さっているので、その部分はもっと地元が支援すべきですよね。"
