"I would like my committed money back from this location.
A local taxi cab driver could not find it.
When he found it, he left us there. No one answered the door. No one answered the call. No one answered. We were left in a precarious position in the evening with no place to stay. I cannot recommend this place to anyone and I have a very flexible, mind and travel mindset, we eventually stated a nearby hotel on the river, which seemed like something Expedia would end.
Very bad Expedia...
"Location, staff and facilites all excellent.
Stayed in Japanese style room, only downside for me was matress was little thin as not used to slwwping on a hard floor. Would definitely stay again. "

"We were very happy that the hotel offer very yummy mini cakes for celebrating the birthday. The location is perfect and quite near the JR and MEITETSU stations. I could save lots of time and easy to find nice restaurants nearby. When I visit Nagoya, I would stay in this hotel. The breakfast was very nice and value for money. "
"Nice for the cost of the night I'm surprised the area is quiet considering what's around it.
5-10 walking minutes to the shinkansen entrance its definitely it's strongest point "
"The hotel was lovely with decent sized rooms. One annoying thing was not being able to put the toilet light on at night without putting the rooms master switch on which defaulted to full brightness. The hotel replaced the towels everyday which whilst being nice is not very ecologically friendly. "
"This is a family friendly hotel that is located in the heart of Nagoya. It’s close to the subway and JR station and there are some local coffee shops nearby. It’s walkable to the Toyota Commemorative Museum which was the primary reason we chose this hotel as well. All staff are friendly and accommodating. I would stay in this hotel again!"
