Carlo is an amazing host - he was very kind and generous in sharing local information and steering us to some great restaurants and sites to see. "PERFECT location. Steps from the piazza maggiore. Odd and quirky decor, but we knew that in advance. Our room was an homage to the Kennedy family - odd being in italy. Chose it for its location. Good breakfast in an adjoining cafe downstairs. Nice and accommodating staff. Nothing over the top, just fine, reasonably prices and prime location."

"The room was very clean and functional. The breakfast was really good, and varied each day with added options. There were two separate rooms with many options, and free espresso and cappuccino as well! The restaurant is good for a quick bite with a nice discount. Every staff member was beyond helpful. They were able to coordinate a taxi to the airport for us, which made it so much easier. The location is absolutely perfect. Walk right out into the best of old town Bologna! I hope to come again...

"In a student arty area just on the edge of h th e historic area. Perfect for us to explore the centre by day and have some craft ales within a few minutes walk at night. There are bars right below the studio apartment but doubles glazed windows mean only a bit of noise even on a busy night. It might not suit everyone but we loved it "

"We had an Apartment away from the hotel which was spacious, clean and very comfortable. Close to Piazza Maggiore and Quadrilatero area where there was some amazing food on offer. We visited the rooftop bar once, just a pity it was November as it looked lovely and perfect for a late drink in Spring or Summer. "
