6/10 Okay

"Came in a bit early (3:25) for check-in and waited because they said the room was not ready yet and check in time was 4pm. But the people who arrived after me got their rooms immediately even if it was not 4pm yet. I guess they prioritize people who are “vip” and checked them in first. Past 4 pm already and we are still in the lobby waiting, tired. Talked to the people in the reception and told me they are still cleaning the room. But everyone was all checked in expect us even if we came in first. When we finally got our room past 4pm, got even worse because the room was not even prepared for 4 guests. I had to call and follow up them again. Towels, robes, toiletries, cups and everything was only prepared for two guest people. After all the waiting, the room was not even set for the room that I paid for. The only good thing was the heated pool but it gets crowded during the day. Good parking spaces."

"The property was nice. We didn’t like that the pool wasn’t really warm.. we also wanted to use the jacuzzi/sauna but that was only if we used the spa service. The restaurant also didn’t not serve us mimosas on Mother’s Day until specifically 9:05 am after already making the drink it was about 7:45am we were headed to the casino for morning fun before checking out. They mad the drink and then took it back from us saying they didn’t serve it til 9:05 am it’s an adult hotel and it was Mother’s Day. That was a blow.. Bit the staff were helpful and nice."

"Overall smell of the place was not good all the way to the sheets. Had a large suite and only one of the air conditioners worked and was very loud. Doors had no threshold so noises came through too easily. TV was very blurry. For a suite with dining room, had no dining amenities like utensils, plates, etc."

2/10 Terrible

"Rooms were filthy. I checked in and there was dried syrup on the table and dirty linens on the bed. The floor was absolutely disgusting. No one cleaned the room for the 3 days I was there even when requested. The “breakfast” was waffles, bagels, bread, English muffins, however the toaster was broken. The yogurt in the fridge was all expired 05/05 (I found it on the 18th). Do not stay here. Go to the Comfort next to it."
