"Updates like new carpet and wall decor made for good effort but there was a lack of detail given to renovations, for example, the wallpaper in my room was put up sloppily and painting was done haphazardly. The room had an upgraded bed mattress and linens but the pillows were tiny. This hotel appears to be trying to be higher-ed but you can't put one little shampoo packet if you want customers highly satisfied. I appreciated the cleanliness of the room but black spots in the tub area should be eliminated - not sure if it was mold or not. And finally, I would have been a return patron if it wasn't for the surprise parking fee! Get rid of that because it ruined my whole check-in. "

"Old and run down. House needs lots of attention. Fairly clean, but very worn out. Biggest issue was heating. Thermostat located on first floor so setting it high enough to be comfortable made other two floors unbearably hot. Setting it to make upper floors comfortable resulted in first floor being too cold to watch tv, utilize kitchen, etc. Very steep stairs to both 2nd and 3rd floors. Mouse poop found in small, 2nd floor bed. Yes, the bed. Description and pictures very misleading. Adequate accommodations, but would not stay again. "

"Room was too cold and take long to get the issue fix and i report leaking bathroom and maintenance said he will come back but never return and my kids got sick from the room being too cold"
