This property as a whole and the rental unit directly from the owner is outdated and in disrepair. The owner makes it clear that you need to bring your own bedding and toilet paper. The room itself has a mattress which is falling apart, walls which need to be repainted and doors which need to be replaced. If you are okay with these poor (but generally clean) conditions for the price, you will be fine.

Condomínio muito bom, a minha filha adorou o waterslide, localização perfeita perto de restaurantes e da feirinha. Ambiente familiar. Lugar muito tranquilo. Não tem barulho a noite. Foi tudo muito bom, só não gostei do fato de não ter roupas de cama, nem toalhas, nem sequer papel higiênico. O proprietário fala que tem que levar ou alugar de outra pessoa a parte. Levar é complicado p quem é turista de fora não vai ficar carregando roupas de cama na mala. Poderia ter sido tudo perfeito se tivesse esses itens básicos. Primeira vez q a gente aluga um lugar que não tem absolutamente nada. Eu acho que deveria oferecer pelo menos o básico. Deixou muito a desejar por causa disso!

Já realizo locação desse imóvel desde o ano 2014.

Moro em Brasília, minha primeira locação com o Luís foi em setembro de 2014. Após conhecer seu apartamento, todos os anos que vou ao Rio Quente, realizo a locação apenas com ele. Esse ano minha estadia será no mês de outubro de 2018, mas já resolvi realizar a avaliação com o objetivo de mostrar o tempo que já alugo seu apartamento, e a confiança de passar apenas um Zap/e-mail, transferir o valor de pagamento e ter a certeza de uma reserva segura. Afinal, realizar locação de imóvel sem indicação, transferência de valores para garantir a reserva, gera insegurança, mas com ele nunca tive nenhum problema. O Luís sempre responde aos meus questionamentos e sempre me deu um bom atendimento. Seu apartamento está em um condômino bem estruturado para a família (tenho duas filhas) e no centro do bairro Esplanada (ao lado da Pousada do Rio Quente/Hot Park). Bons restaurantes, mercado, ou seja, muito bem localizado. Para quem está procurado uma locação através da internet, fica a dica.
