「I enjoyed the stay overall. It's a nice looking hotel from outside but it has some old parts and equipments inside. The first room I stayed had leakage from the sprinkler out of no where and we were switched to a new room. The AC in the new room wasn't at its finest and wasn't cooling enough, but it got cold at the very last day finally. The telephone to call reception wasn't working so it was constantly cutting off, the shampoo bottles and soap bottles were full but weren't working well. When...

「Execellent resort for those who want to relax and enjoy good food, great hot springs and amazing nature. I highly recommend for parents with kids, whole family and friends. The staff is very professional and welcoming. The araras and other birds make it a very special place.」

「Ever thing good」

「Property lacks customer service knowledge. Horrible service and everyone looked lost. They were very inept to read and react regarding guests needs.」

「This place is amazing, very polite staff, excellent food, this is second to none. I was received by 2 nice young kids with a smile in their faces, this is so rare nowadays. Keep up the good work!!! I recommend this place to all.」
