Tive uma experiência muito positiva no hotel. O atendimento da equipe foi excelente e o café da manhã é muito diversificado, com ótimas opções. Deixo apenas uma sugestão de melhoria para futuras estadias: o travesseiro oferecido não é muito confortável, o que impactou na qualidade do meu descanso. Além disso, notei que o box do banheiro não estava devidamente limpo, o que acabou sujando a toalha antes do primeiro uso.

Equipe de funcionários não tão prestativa assim. Situação desagradável com ligação da recepção para o quarto após as 22h. Acomodações e café da manhã excelente, mas o treinamento da equipe precisa melhorar. O hóspede nao se sente acolhido, é apenas mais um.

Esse hotel é 10/10 , nós hospedamos nele desde a pandemia, o café da manhã é sensacional, os funcionários são muito atenciosos , tudo limpo. O proprietário sempre está por lá e sempre cuida de perto !! Meu marido fica pelo menos uma vez por mês neste hotel!! É tudo bom !! Cama , ar , restaurante, funcionários , recepção, é tudo bom !!!
