「Stayed 4 nights in November with our son and his girlfriend. The place was large, clean, had excellent heating and was well stocked. The location was great- close to the major hikes we wanted to do and close to downtown but isolated enough to be quiet. We used the hot tub and had dinner in three of the four nights. Communication with the host was great. We will be back. 」

「Location was just perfect for walking around Old Town Cottonwood and visiting near by Sedona. Much nicer than staying in overcrowded Sedona. And local businesses seemed genuinely pleased to greet you and appreciated your business.Neighbors were extremely nice and considerate if their dogs barked and quieted them immediately.
