"The breakfast offer at this hotel is very limited. There are only five set options available, all of which contain a large amount of bread. For guests who cannot consume gluten, this means that they cannot have a proper, satisfying breakfast. No alternative choices are provided apart from these five predefined breakfast sets. "Really helpful and polite staff, nice pool area and spa facilities. Good restaurant, well organized, excellent breakfast. The only ‘problem’ is the functionality of the room furniture - not as convinient as I would like. "

The best part was the outstanding breakfast and dinner! Service was outstanding and bilingual. Clearly very significant funds were spent to build this spa hotel and I can see value in the nightly price given the superior experience!"

"A 4* hotel this is not. It's OK if you're just looking for a place to crash in Borovets but it's on the outskirts of town (10 min walk to town if you're not in ski boots). Has a sauna but no jacuzzi or steam room and the pool is not really big enough for swimming properly. Breakfast was average if you got there reasonably early but by 8am everything on the hot counters is cool and doesn't get replaced."

"The only complaint was that the internet was close to non-existent no matter what area of the property we tried. That was part of the reason we did not stay another night. The spa area was nice with very few guests around. Not walking distance to the city center, but taxes are readily available."

"Highly recommended for the overall experience and range of amenities. The rooms were modern, recently updated, clean and functional. View of the mountain was splendid. The terrace restaurant was outstanding in both service and quality, including drinks, cocktails and desserts. The pool is half Olympic size, flanked by two Jacuzzis and enclosed in a beautiful still.. The spa offers a range of hot/cold exposure plus massages and other services. Kids (and adults) can enjoy the arcade and billiards rooms. Plenty of outdoor seating and indoor lounging area. Generously stocked breakfast and lunch buffets. "
