"The villa is huge and well appointed with anything you could imagine There are two large dining rooms inside and several well appointed outside patio areas. The bucolic setting includes birds , roaming sheep down the hill meandering from field to field. Couldn’t be more restful! Also close enough to Siena , San gimingnano Assisi for day trips and even Florence Will definitely return. "

"This is a charming house in a small town outside Cortona. Easily located near all the things you would want to see in the area. The host treated us like family and had homemade treats and wine waiting for our arrival. The house is perfectly suited for 4 people to stay and had a lot of charm. If you are looking to escape the hustle of daily life and relax this is the perfect location. "

Sherri, the property manager, made sure we had everything we needed upon arrival and organized a truffle hunt and wine tasting with her lovely local connections. She also introduced us to her favorite restaurants nearby (they were amazing) and told us where to shop. And the house itself is stunning- it should be in a movie about Tuscany. Cannot wait to go back!"

"We‘ve spent two wonderful weeks with our two year old daughter and our dog. The house is beautifully located in the hills with no direct neighbours. The view is fantastic and we felt immediately at home in this beautiful house. We had a wonderful time and our hosts were just lovely. (We cannot say anything about the pool - except that it is huge - because we were there out of season in March when the pool was closed.)"

"The views from this charming villa, the beautifully manicured grounds, the outdoor eating space, made our stay fantastic. The living area and kitchen were comfortable and functional. Bedrooms are not super bright but opening the shutters during the day helps immensely and each room has a great view! Luigi was very friendly and responsive. Would 100% book this place again. "

"Its a nice place but it is on top of a hill with a really small road to it...almost no place to pass another car. When we arrived the host thought we would arrive the day after, so we had to wait for another hour for the key. The house was fine, big enough, nice bedrooms and living room and kitchen is fine. The pool is great! The winery is super and really tastefull! We had a nice vacation."

"Warm; clean; comfortable; well-located to everything—including parking. Quiet street-level apt with great caffe-Pasticceria a stone’s throw from front door. We very much enjoyed our stay there for 1 wk."

We have invited him to come stay with us when he visits Australia. As for the farm house it’s self, an amazing experience to live like a true Italian. "This property is on top of the hill and has amazing views. The staff is welcoming and accommodating. The rooms are clean and comfortable. Breakfast was spectacular, so many choices and it was all delicious. The breakfast staff was helpful offering drinks and making sure we were taken care of. The beds are comfortable. The bathroom is quite large. Would give this hotel 4 stars. "

"The propriety is one of the nicest I’ve stayed at. Very relaxing atmosphere, comfortable large pool area. Breakfast and lunch options are delicious. Room was very comfortable and spacious. The only problem I experienced was both adjacent rooms were smokers and did so on their patios. We couldn’t enjoy our patio or leave our do open while they were doing so. The property has a health spa and other wellbeing activities, but allows smoking on the property. I would consider this next time. "

"A wonderful setting amongst their winery. Loved our week long stay at Svetoni where the comfortable duplex room was very tastefully done a with modern comfort like Ac and a lovely rain shower. The breakfast was very good each day and the staff were friendly and attentive. The swimming pool is also of a good size."
