Nach späterer Reklamation wurde ich wiederum auf unfreundliche Weise von ihr hingehalten. Im Mailverkehr wird man von ihr geduzt und absolut überheblich behandelt. Nie wieder buche ich diese Unterkunft und kann nur jeden davor warnen!"
