Had to unfortunately cancel our accommodation due to a family matter, meaning we couldn't travel. Explained this to the hotel, but there was no consideration of this. In fact, they didn't even reply. Very disappointed at lack of communication/care.

Uns hat hier alles sehr gut gefallen. Das Haus ist wunderbar, es fehlte an nichts. Man kann von hier aus schöne Ausflüge machen oder zu Fu ß in die Stadt gehen.Der Kontakt zur Vermieterin war sehr nett.
