「Pros: Overall good. Cons: Room 107(?), the first room on the right side of the hallway, up 6 steps (no elevator to this level) from the lobby level. It had a vent in the ceiling that was big enough for the whole hallway and lobby (4’x3’?), and it made noise at night. There was a portable ac unit in the room too. No one told to use it instead of the regular wall thermostat until I brought this to their attention at checkout. We stayed in another room across the plaza. Same thing, carry luggage up...

「The safety box was broken and could not be used, and we were not allowed to change rooms. We gave up and left our passports at the front desk, but the handover was insufficient, and the return at check-out did not go smoothly, which delayed our trip to the airport.」
