O quarto que fiquei super espaçoso, banheira com modulo tecnológico, tudo muito novo, atendimento da Raquel e Adriano sao excelentes, o cafe da manha surpreendente muita coisa gostosas pra agradar a todos os gostos, o local e excelente, do lado do calcadão principal, um dos melhores hoteis q ja ficamos.

As instalações não condizem com o anunciado no portal. As fotos publicadas no Hotels.com são muito diferentes do que encontramos. Muito abaixo de nossas expectativas. Havíamos reservado um quarto com cama kingsize e nos entregaram com 3 camas de solteiro, quando reclamamos disseram que não tinham outra opção. A conservação da propriedade é precária. Não recomendo para ninguém.

Estadio no hotel

Uma boa estadia, funcionários educados e pró-ativos. Só estavam sem serviço de lavandeira, então ficamos sem toalhas, mas de resto tudo muito limpo e organizado.

Experiência horrível. Quarto cheira mofo, chao empoeirado, paredes sujas. Camareira nos acordou entrando no quarto pra fazer limpeza, atendente do comercial empático, so os recepcionista que foram simpaticos, do restante, nao indico. Hotel precisa de uma reforma urgente.
