"Host very nice and house is very clean and accommodating. Unload from street to back yard through gate. With our 2 small dogs, we had to watch for host’s 2 dogs if they were in the back yard before we could let ours out. Overall, nice stay, just we weren’t used to more dogs. "

The yard is a great place to listen to the wind blow through the trees. The area was nice, easy access to anywhere in Memphis. The host (Steven) was amazing. I have to say he is the best host I’ve experienced on this app. He was communicative, the house had everything we needed. The level of detail put in, is top notch. "

While the kitchen is a bit small and sparse for a house of this size, there's plenty of rooms and bathrooms for everyone's comfort and the game room (garage) and pool/hot tub were hits. The hosts were very responsive to our requests and general communication. If we return to Memphis, we'd definitely look to rent this house again! "
