良かった点 : 清潔度、スタッフとサービス、施設のコンディションと設備
What I liked about the facility was I observed there was someone always watching the area when we walked in.
What I didn't like was that our room was not cleaned or checked on the three days we were there, we ran out of body wash in the shower I spoke to someone at the desk who let the staff know that our room was not even checked on, we left went out shopping and come back still nothing had been done. I spoke with a young lady who was cleaning up down the hallway she gave us fresh towels and face cloths for the remainder of our stay. she was very helpful I'm so thankful for her, I understand how thing can fall through the crack just letting ya know what happened while we were there.
