Valet personal was great every interaction, Richard the doorstop was great and a lot of help since I had my handicap mother with us. And the manager was extremely friendly and professional. Will stay here again when visiting!!

The staff was great.. my room was okay being a corner room, but it needs serious remodeling and upgrading. There was paint peeling from the ceiling, the chairs needed to be thrown away they were so worn out, and the carpet was stained in certain areas.

Room was clean. Location was perfect. Staff was friendly. One issue I had was the restaurant wanted me to buy something in order to get a PLASTIC fork. I found that to be totally ridiculous as a guest of the hotel and one that was welcoming runners.

The staff at this hotel were absolutely amazing the manager Lasonya and her staff member Sukhi helped me with my issue. I had never had a hotel be so kind and patient ever. I will be returning to the hotel soon. Excellent hospitality and services

No complimentary breakfast. Tuns of hidden fees. Over charged on room. The beds were comfortable. Not enough room in drawers to place clothes if have an extended stay. Bathroom shower head was spraying water. Noticed they tried to fix with plumbers tape. Will not stay at a Sheraton again.

The hotel was nice and clean. We were in town for a concert and stayed the weekend because it was close to Beale St. Only down side was that the room we were in the tile in the bathroom over the toilet fell while we were sleeping, informed the front desk and we were moved to a new room

Rooms were clean, nice and spacious. Breakfast is not included, you just pay $45 each day you want to grab breakfast and the only breakfast place nearby is a 16 min walk. But it is in the heart of downtown, and rooms come with all the toiletries in case one has forgotten to bring something. The staff was also nice and allowed me to check in a couple of hours early when I explained to them Id had a long day.
