「Great place . Atmosphere and friendliness were tops …」

「Just a delightful surprise. We’ve been to Newport many times as our daughter lives there, but did not know about the Admiral Sims. The property is so close to everything, including Easton Beach, but is nestled in a neighborhood on a lovely property. The new wraparound porch is beautiful. Our room was lovely, with a fireplace and kitchenette. Everything about this property is really pleasant. The owner greeted us on arrival and made us feel very welcome. Would definitely go back again.」

「Such a great stay! Everything was perfect from the second I got there until I left. The room was so cozy and breakfast was delicious!」

「The owner was nice but inn keeper was not so friendly till the owner showed up. The information said that sun set room has the bustub but only shower. The location was good which is good but a little bit noisy at night. The breakfast was good. And the lady who served us was friendly. 」
