「너무 가성비 좋고, 모든 시설이 깨끗하고 쾌적합니다. 낡은 느낌 하나 없어요. 하지만 기본 어매니티 이외에는 없습니다. (면봉, 칫솔, 빗 등등) 친환경이라 그런가봐요. 샴푸, 컨디셔너, 샤워젤은 있습니다. 」

「ハルガダに行く東洋系の人は少なく、ヨーロピアンのリゾート地です。海はとても綺麗で、窓から見える景色も心を和ませる、美しいリゾートホテルです。価格以上のレベルにあるホテルではないでしょうか。施設も整っています。エジプトの方々に日本人的な「サービス」を求めるのは、難しいと感じていたのですが、このホテルの方はそれなりに対応が良かったです。唯一の欠点は、近くにショッピングセンターなど買い物をする場所のないこと。近くのモールまではタクシーで10～20エジプトポンド（交渉）です。ダウンタウンまでは、ものすごく遠く、大げさに言うと「隔絶されたリゾート」っぽい感じです。でも、のんびり過ごすにはお勧めのホテルです。」

「施設が清潔で美しい。全てのスタッフが非常に親切。ビーチが遠いが、シャトルバスに乗ることができる。空港からタクシーで30分ほどかかる。 Wi-Fiは弱い。（eSIM無制限だったので問題なし。）総合すると素晴らしいホテル！！」

「The staff was amazing especially Abd El Hamid from housekeeping and Abd El Baset ( one of the chefs; he had Falafel prepared especially for me At breakfast), beach staff were brilliant. All staff were professional, friendly, helpful, smiley. Sea water was stunning, I had a sailing catamaran course with Mohamed Shaaban who was a genius. Thank you to all the staff and will definitely go back.」

「深夜に到着して混んでいないのにチェックインに1時間もかかった。hotels.com にその旨書き込んだところ、翌日マネージャーからフォローがあり、謝罪と無償のレートチェックアウト17時までを認めてくれた。書き込みは効果があるのだなと再認識した。 We arrive midnight and it takes almost 1 hour even not crowded. But after I vote hotels.com this issue, manager apologize and follow us. This follow was nice. 」

「The stay was lovely. The staff were excellent and met all our needs and gave us all we asked for.Saeed and Nour were very friendly and up to to point in everything. Rooms were clean and spacious. We stayed in the family superior suit. The food had a variety and the pool and beach were clean. The kids loved their stay and would love to come again. 」

「Overall excellent. Great beach with sunbeds, calm adult-only areas, friendly staff, great snorkeling, nicely presented and tasty food, well maintained premises, nice beach-side lounge, no loud party or animation. Room for improvement: Ordering food/beverages from the beach, birds picking at unattended food/beverages, nicer recreational areas (billard). We preferred Half-board over All inclusive.」

「Super Service, viele Freizeitmöglichkeiten ohne dass man aktiv animiert wird.」

「İlk girişimizde odamızın manzarasını beğenmedik.resepsiyondaki Meryem hanım hemen yardımcı oldu güzel manzaralı ve fazladan bir yatak olan oda ayarladı. Otel yeni olduğu için odaları gayet ferah ve temiz. Otel personeli son derece güleryüzlü, sürekli bir şey ister misiniz diye soruyorlar. Odaların rutin temizliği çok iyi. Ailecek gelip tercih edebilirsiniz.Sahilinde kıyıdan biraz uzaklaşınca mercan kayalıklarında rengarenk balıkları gözleyebilirsiniz. Resepsiyondaki barı 24 saat hizmet veriyor....

Fatma at the front desk was especially helpful and provided us with great local recommendations. I enjoyed the food, service, and atmosphere. 「Only downside is you need to ask for a golf cart to take you to and from the beach to the hotel, other than that, it’s our favorite hotel at Ain Alsokhna. Highly Recommended.」

「Sehr gutes All-inclusive Ressort in Makadi Bay, außerhalb von Hurghada. Bei Selbstbuchung unbedingt Transfer vom Flughafen vorab buchen. Taxi und Uber vom Flughafen nicht empfehlenswert. Sehr gutes, präsentes Management, das offen und sehr schnell auf Kritik und Anregungen reagiert. Eigenes Hausriff, sehr durchdacht angelegte Anlage mit Ruhezonen UND Partybereich mit Animation.
