"Stay started off terrible, chose pay at the property to check in on 3/20 -3/22, but was charged 1 night without notice on 3/17. Then upon check in was told to pay a $150 incidental deposit which is an extreme amount at a Holiday Inn and this was not spelled out in any correspondence. I negotiated down to $100 incidental fee. I am not happy with the hidden actions and fees. 3 stars"

"Extremely pet friendly. That is the best thing about this place. The location is so prime with so many restaurants within walking distance. It was extremely clean. The only thing is the walls were kinda thin so you can hear everything in the halls and the frosted glass in the bathroom facing toward the room was a strange touch but not bad lol. I would for sure stay here again "

"I'll start by saying that the "included breakfast" wasn't included. It's a sit down restaurant that you pay extra for. I also paid extra for a balcony room thinking I could save the elevator ride and walk outside, but you can't smoke on their balconies. There was a broken light fixture in our room, hanging by wires. The shampoo, conditioner, and body wash hadn't been replenished, and there were dirty fingerprints all over the door on arrival. Also, no blowdryer. I mention that because I've never been in any hotel room without one. Not even the $100 or less hotels, while this one was almost $300cad. The pool was over chlorinated and dirty on the bottom. There also are no microwaves in the room, you need to go to the little store next to front desk to use a community one. On that note, the prices are insane in that little snack area. The positives: the view from our room was good- but it was a different property. The location was good for us, as we needed a place close to Elevation Church. The bed was comfy enough for sleeping, and the workout room had new equipment. Ultimately, we were unimpressed. We won't book there again, and wouldn't recommend it to others. "

"Floors were dirty and room had an awful smell. Couch dirty. Staff was great check in and check out. Would recommend doing renovations. Loved the size of the room and separation between bedroom and living room. "

"This was the cleanest VRBO we have ever stayed in. The home was comfortable with everything that we needed for our short stay. We will definitely stay again if we are in the area. "

"We stayed in a king suite, rm 520, it wa spacious, thoughtful layout and the room was clean. Staff was friendly and provided wonderful service. Check in and check out was a breeze. Would definitely recommend. "
