Pros: Overall pleasant stay! Modern, but still comfortable. Good size rooms. Amazing, convenient location. Zinicola restaurant near by is a must-try! Cons: No room service. Out of the four staff members I encountered, I’d say only one was actually friendly. The others made weren’t rude, but transactional and flat. Odd water/ice station set-up, that didn’t seem hygienic.

The hotel was absolutely gorgeous! We were able to go to the hotel right next door to enjoy the rooftop bar. The breakfast was beautiful and delicious as well. Served European style and the staff was so attentive. I will 100% stay here again when I return to Charlotte

It was a great stay. Very clean and comfortable hotel. Modern electronic devices in bedroom. Greatand courteous staff. Enjoyed our one night stay. We were in town for Panda festival. Plan to return to the Ballentyne area and will stay at AC Hotel.
