"The location was ideal. The service provided by all the staff was of an extremely high standard. What my husband and I especially appreciated was the high quality fixtures and furnishings....along with the very powerful Aircon.
The only slight negative was the constant loud music around the poolside. Acceptable for a younger clientele but not really acceptable for the older clientele....we're in our late 50's.

"Hotel was overall very good, all inclusive choice of food was excellent, alcohol choices were extremely poor. I would normally stay in H10 and it doesn't really compare to be honest. At H10 you get a choice of a bottle of water or glass of wine with your dinner. Here you only got a small glass of water.
Room was very clean and air conditioning was also very efficient, hotel overall was well manicured which makes for a very pleasant experience.
Shower size and pressure was excellent, there seemed to be a slight glitch in that occasionally where the shower water would get very hot quite quickly without having touched the regulator (Room 326).
Hotel location is very good approx 4km from the port in Puerto del Carmen and something similar to the airport runway. The beach to the front of the hotel is an excellent beach and reasonably safe.
Overall we really enjoyed our stay, hotel is designed to make it feel like each room is an apartment and when you leave the room you get a feeling of being outside immediately which is quite nice and takes away the claustrophobic feel of hotel corridors.
Entertainment was also very good taking into account it is a holiday hotel, a lot of the performers seemed to be from Bulgaria and we really enjoyed the shows they put on and you could tell there was a lot of effort put in with limited stage and equipment to probably work with so they deserve a lot of credit.

"Fab location, beautiful spacious villa. Outside was lovely. BUT the interior is very dated. It was not ready on time & the poor cleaners when we arrived seemed stressed and overworked. We arrived nearly 2 hours after check in time which was 4pm, we arrived at 5.45pm, and the cleaners were just leaving. But the interior was really dirty! Ingrained dirtThe TV had no satélite decoder, so we could not use it. We had two wine glasses between 4 of us & only 3 coffee mugs. There were no extra blankets available if it was chilly (which it was). Cooking utensils were minimal. One large spoon for cooking. The microwave had no glass turntable, so no plate or dish would sit safely in it for reheating. The pool was poorly maintained. In the two weeks we were there a chap came twice & tested the water & rubbed a brush along the edges, this took a maximum of 5 minutes. The second week the bottom of the pool & the steps were black with volcanic dust from the stones around the planted area, as it had been really windy for our stay, so we did not use the pool for the second week.Bedroom no 1 had no hot water from the tap.We did complain to the management company about the glasses & crockery as we purchased two wine glasses, as we wanted a celebratory holiday drink when we arrived, but refused to buy any mugs. We requested more. They bought four glasses & 6 cereal bowls!! we did eventually get a new tap for the bedroom but this took a week after complaint again to the towel change lady. "
