"The property is good Ruined our overall experience, the hospitality and service were extremely disappointing and fell far below what I would expect from a property of this standard It started with the key card not working for a room, and even after notifying the front desk we had to wait outside for ~30 minutes with kids. The cart services are not able to handle the load as the numbers don't match with the guests (275 rooms, 17 carts ). Room services were taking 1.5 hours to deliver even small...

"we stayed here to go on safari and it was amazing the rooms were large and comfortable with their own patio area with seating the pool was lovely and the service was great. The only thing they could do to improve would be to offer wifi in the rooms"
