「Very clean, comfortable, quiet - host very communicative. This was exactly what we needed to serve as a landing spot for our weekend visiting Virginia Tech. Truly appreciated all of the little extras - water bottles and fresh eggs in the fridge, USB ports in the outlets, plenty of towels, fresh baked sweet bread treat and a nice note from the owners. Will absolutely look here next time we are coming down to Blacksburg! 」

「The little house is just cute. There is an upstairs too with twin beds. It is quiet and relaxing. There was no noise and that was a little testing at times cause I am used to noise of some kind but all in all, it was very nice.」

「 It was a very quiet and peaceful area. Our kids loved having a campfire by the water and seeing the baby geese walking around the property. Emma was a great host. 」

「We really enjoyed our stay. The house was very clean and exactly as described. The host were very responsive, even suggesting places of interest. If you enjoy antiquing, the house is centrally located with lots of antiques stores within an hour and half drive in all directions. 」

「This was the perfect cottage for my girls getaway with my mother and sister. The house was clean and spacious, and the property was beautiful. We loved seeing the cows grazing nearby. It was an easy drive into Floyd and a great base for exploring the area. Next time, we’ll stay longer.」
