"Aside from the more than generous space, it's as if you're home in your master bedroom, the bathroom was to die for. Not only did it have a, wait for it, a Jacuzzi, it also has a Bidet! I got sick in Otavalo from eating Seafood soup. The Bidet became inseparable for 2 days. The best 2 days of my stay."

"The property is beautiful and absolutely worth the money. I did not give 5 stars because I attempted several times to contact the hotel ahead of time and again after I arrived at the airport. I never received a response. Fortunately the taxi stand rep contacted them for me -after quite a while - and arranged transportation to the hotel."

"Room very comfortable (standard double). Staff friendly. Seating areas around hotel comfortable. Several places to eat in hotel and around the hotel. I had a good meal in the Opera in restaurant. Plenty of choice at the buffet breakfast. Has a swimming pool and gym. In a great location for Carolina park and shopping mall. Things were not always replenished in the room(coffee, face cloth)."

Lots of restaurants within walking distance as well as the Megamaxi supermarket, Carolina park and cinema. The apartment was very clean and comfortable and Carmen was an absolute sweetheart. "The hotel was nice. I went with my family (my wife and little daughter) and we enjoy it. The staff is actually a family and they were very kind and friendly. The food was good, basically homemade. The room was clean, no so big but was enough for us. For the price the accommodation was very good. "

"Failed to show up for airport transfer to property. We got a taxi that got lost then was unable to climb the mountain due to their road conditions. We had to climb the mountain by foot to attempt to check in but the staff had already left for the evening and failed to respond when we continued to ask for assistance. Our flight arrived at midnight and at 2am my family was still not sure where we would be staying the next 3 days/nights. Taxi driver was awesome and found us a safe place to rest...
