"My wife and I just wrapped up four very special days at the Hotel Sanctuarium, and I cannot recommend it enough. Since the hotel is so new and doesn't have many reviews yet, we weren't entirely sure what to expect, but I am so glad we took the chance! ​From the moment we arrived until the second we left, the experience was nothing short of amazing. The staff is truly exceptional; they are so warm and welcoming that we felt both appreciated and completely spoiled throughout our entire stay. ​Highlights of Our Stay: ​The Dining: The meals were incredible. We enjoyed breakfast every single morning and had dinner at the restaurant twice. Each meal was a delight! ​The Grounds: Everything is kept immaculate. There is a dedicated bird-watching area with a large variety of species to spot, which was such a treat. ​The Amenities: The pool features a heated side with a swim-up bar that was the definition of relaxing. We also loved the path leading down to a serene river; it’s the perfect, quiet spot to swim and unwind. ​Location: You couldn't ask for a better spot. It’s located just down the road from the waterfall and 10 minutes from the heart of LA Fortuna, making it a very convenient home base. ​If you are considering a stay in La Fortuna, do not hesitate to book this gem! "We absolutely loved our stay Casa Luna. We didn’t make time to use the spa or massages but the stay and breakfast was wonderful. The only complaint we had was how hard the bed was in the junior suite. Pure Vida!"

"If you have young kids and want to explore nature without crowds this is the best place. There is swimming in the creek with a water slide. Pool with a water slide and hot springs. The nature tour was so good and we saw so much wildlife at our hotel for free! Very relaxed vibe and we felt like the only guests. It’s a 25 min drive from La Fortuna but honestly so worth it. Definitely one of my favorite hotels we have ever stayed at."

"Absolutely stunning place. As a photographer, it was hard to get through my head that a place like this can exist, with so much wildlife and scenery, without being staged. It was real and natural. Crossing the field to the restaurant, I was focused on a Parakeet up in the tree, then two Scarlet Macaws flew overhead and a Ringed Kingfisher showed up with a fish, just outside of the restaurant’s balcony! Can’t forget about the Howler Monkey that showed up also! The food was amazing, farm to table. Each morning we saw workers bringing up fresh pineapple and plantains from their fields. The staff was amazing!! Sorry we were almost late to dinner every night 😂 Hope to be back soon!"

"Amazing family stay at Junglo Resort! The kids loved being surrounded by nature, and the bungalows were clean, safe, and comfortable. Staff were incredibly kind and welcoming—perfect place for a relaxing family getaway. Keep up the good work guys!
