"Had a long wait to check into our room. The attendant said that do to a late check out our room was not yet ready. Also, we chose a room with a city view and our one small window looked decently at the roof. But it was clean. Shower had a nice large rain shower head and pressure was good. Even received ..."

"L'accueil bien que correct manque un peu de chaleur. L'hôtel est un peu défraichi et gagnerait à être rajeuni. (poignées de porte chambranlantes par exemple). Les travaux interminables effectués sur la rue Laurier rendent l'accès à l'hôtel un peu compliqué."
