"This is a comfortable, convenient, safe & reasonably priced hotel. It's close to the Gare d'autocars Ste. Foy & the RTC bus stop is just a short walk. The closest mall (Laurier) is just 3 bus stops away & easy to reach Old Quebec & Montmorency Falls, using just 1 bus route. Our room & hotel amenities had all the things we needed. We absolutely enjoyed our stay."

"We had a spacious, city view suite which was set up perfectly. The coffee maker was difficult to figure out and it would be nice if coffee were offered in the lobby at least in the morning. We used the gym and only 1/3 elliptical machines worked well. It would be nice if the gym were located in a more spacious location with windows and offered more and up to date cardio equipment. The location is amazing and was an easy walk to everything and the beds were very comfortable."

"Our room was a little worn on the fittings, the shower curtain had that smell to it like old towels in a laundry basket. The house phone did not work, the sink had a crack in it and the room safe was already locked and could not be opened. When I asked about the safe I was told that due to upgrades the safe was out of order. On a good note the restaurant attached to the hotel was excellent, the food was good and the staff were great. The location of the hotel was good, we are walkers so it was easy for us to get into the old town and also to walk around the Plains of Abraham."
