"The staff are polite and very well informed. They gave great tips on what to see and where to eat which which was helpful as I hadn't done much research before arriving. The room was clean, well maintained and the bed was very comfortable, mattress was firm which is what I like. The included breakfast had both English and Vietnamese food. This included item to order yourself along with a small buffet. The food was good but I would not want to fill up before exploring what the city had to offer. Definitely would not hesitate to book another stay! "

"Surprisingly a lovely hotel"

"First of all, the staff are wonderful. From the quick check in, polite greeting whenever returning to the hotel, the service at the roof top bar, to the arrangement of a trip to Ninh Binh, and a airport pick up, the service was exceptional. The location itself is great as there is plenty to eat and lots of great little boutique stores around the hotel. There is also a Viettel and HSBC atm about a 5 minute walk from the hotel so it's convenient to grab a SIM and cash at the start of your stay. The hotel and rooms are on the smaller side but that's part of the charm, and the rooms are clean, and beds are comfortable. The roof top bar is a great way to finish the day, relaxing with a drink and enjoying the view of the city. I really enjoyed my stay. Highly recommend!"
