All great from reception, to room, friendly staff and check out. Elevators are abit tight and can be a bit of a challenge at prayer times but that’s everywhere.

Staff were professional kind and caring . Room service excellent ! Clean tidy spacious room ! Reception ladies were sweet anf helpful and door man very gentlemanly taking care of suitcases with a smile . Overall a 5 star experience . 5 minute walk to Harram ! Will definately come back !
