I did the diamond club and Ozuna was the best! Juan at the bar was great as always and honestly the entire property staff was great and the hibachi restaurant is my absolute favorite.

Todo está perfecto. Mi única observación es que deberían tener mas transporte (carritos) que van recogiendo a las personas para llevarlos de un punto del hotel a otro. Lo demás todo excelente.

Very clean and beautiful place. Beach was nice and clean. Staff were amazing( Angel at front desk was very helpful). Staff at all restaurants and bars are great. Drinks are nice. Food was good. Has variable food collection. Only thing I didn’t like was food at the open buffet because in lots of time you just wanna go eat without having to change or book for a restaurant and you wish the open buffet has better food. But all in all it’s a great Experience and I defiantly recommend it.

We really loved that the hotel has its own private reception area for the check-in process. Ángel Santana assisted us and was incredibly kind and helpful throughout the entire process. He assigned us a great room and was also able to get us a reservation at the restaurant we really wanted to dine at to celebrate our anniversary. His attention to detail and excellent service made our stay even more special. The food was good and there was a nice variety of options. However, the service from some of the waiters at the buffet could be improved. Access to the water park is definitely a great plus. We had an amazing time and enjoyed it so much! Overall, we had a wonderful stay and would definitely come back.

The room was not prepared when we arrived and I had to go to find the house keepers for face tissue. They took the towels and never replaced it. The house keepers are 0 out of 5. Staff was very friendly, breakfast was good bar was excellent

The property was very beautiful! The staff was amazing! We stayed in the diamond club but wish our butler was a bit more attentive. We only saw him at check-in and we never received our free bottle of rum. The other staff were super nice and welcoming. I would add that the family area is really close to the adult-only areas. We thought it would be more separate but still enjoyed ourselves.

All though it states adult only resort it is not there is only one pool on the whole resort dedicated to adults. They also state they have 11 restaurants but only one does not need reservations. It is super difficult to even get a reservation for any of the restaurants. Food was not the best. Check in and check out were easy

Well first off we booked the honeymoon suite which includes a jacuzzi, well the jacuzzi didnt work instead it almost flooded the whole room our butler wasn’t willing to do nothing about it besides sending someone to clean it and letting us know we wouldn’t be able to use it , That was until I showed him some character and frustration that we got moved to another room and offered a lobster for dinner also , we had the ladies that clean come in the room at the most random time in one one of the ladies came in like at 7am when I was laying in the bed without any type of clothes she didn’t knock or anything and we didn’t have a sign to get the room serviced in the door either which was uncomfortable besides that pool very nice , beach pretty clean , Food a solid 7/10 for a foreigner probably a 4/10 But yea the staff and management were a good headache

Según nuestra reserva tendríamos trato VIP el cual no fue así, el Check In no fue privado, no hubo espumante de bienvenida como fue prometido, las habitaciones no son para nada Luxury, el MiniBar nunca fue restock durante la estadía, el mayordomo que se supone tendríamos nunca se puso en contacto con nosotros al menos que se encontrara con nosotros de frente, las toallas de mala calidad, las instalaciones con filtraciones y estado deplorable. Muy desencantada, pero si eso éramos nosotras que éramos del Diamond Club no imagino los huésped standard. Te dan un crédito de 600 US que no puedes usar en su totalidad en ningún servicio solo aplica para porcientos de descuentos en servicios de monto mayor por lo que debes pagar adicional para poder usarlo, UNA ESTAFA!
