Check in experience was excellent, Keren was very professional, knowledgeable and helpful , Luis Acosta was very professional and he recommended the best restaurant on the property “Mongolian food “ the food was exceptional, the chef did his magic with infusing all the food that I chose with a special sauce, the food excellent!! Amazing experience! The resort was beautiful, clean, and very well maintained. The atmosphere was peaceful and perfect for relaxing. The staff were incredibly friendly, welcoming, and always ready to help. The service was excellent, and everything was organized with great attention to detail. We truly enjoyed our stay and would definitely come back again. Highly recommended!

We visit with family of 12 total , we had rooms next to each other , really clean and well maintained. Stuff who welcomed us was very friendly and helpful, since we are Expedia vip they provide really great service to my family . Kids got passes to water park to next to us Resort where they had blast !!! Food was really good and truly anyone could pick their favorite meal. Overall it’s a clean and fun place to stay with family ! Thank you

I really enjoyed my stay at this hotel. The staff was friendly, and the property was beautiful. One suggestion, I would love to see more of the Dominican Republic’s culture showcased throughout the experience. It would be great to hear more Dominican music, see local art, or have cultural activities that reflect the country’s spirit. That kind of authentic touch would make the stay even more memorable and unique.

The resort was really amazing. The food was great. The pool and beach were great. Just don’t fall for the club in the resort. They will hustle you big time. They said 60 dollars for men with unlimited drinks and women free. Ok cool. Once you go inside the only alcohol that’s free is the cheap no brand name stuff. If you want the good stuff they charge you. For example Black Label 12 bucks a shot. Then in the resort all the stuff is free. Such a scam. Oh by the way the only people that were in the club was mostly workers. Maybe a total of 10 guests all night. Beautiful place but definitely a scam

The property was beautiful and clean. The staff were very helpful and friendly. The concierge staff inside each building was so helpful with booking dinners and help you with any request you have. The two in building 90 were so helpful and helped have coffee delivered to our room at 6am everyday. Any requests we asked for were met quickly and with a smile. Our room was cleaned spotless everyday. The buffet food was good and the à la carte restaurants were exceptionally delicious!! The one complaint we had was being asked a number of times to join the Privilege Club. We had no Interested but was continually asked to go sit for a presentation. Besides this small factor, everything about the resort was great. We went at a time where the beach wasn't the nicest but the pool definitely made up for it! We stayed in a swim out pool and for the most part we had the whole pool to ourselves for a quick dip. We will definitely be back!

The stay was a 10/10 experience. Manuel L. Was a great help during our stay. Ensuring we had everything we needed, he went above and beyond for us, and made sure to consistently check in on us in the case we needed help with anything. The room was clean and extremely comfortable, and the food and entertainment at the resort was top notch.

Great resort! Plenty of dining options and having access to the other hotels was amazing. The staff was my absolute favorite. Everyone from the receptionist Luis, to the entertainment staff Kelly and Carlos, the bartender Alfredo…they truly are angels. They were beyond welcoming, genuine, accommodating, and purely phenomenal human beings.

Room was very clean,, hot bathup,, nice hot shower.. big enough.. with a clean swim up pool... staff was great, very attentive and helpful, ready to assist us,, the reservation restaurantes were all very good... the buffets were ok... the beach was full of Sargazum.. never put a single foot inside the beach from June 18 to 23, 2026,,, over all was a nice experience,, will be back... Alberto,, the bartender at the main pool,, he was great..

I wouldn’t consider this place luxury as it took four days just to get the lotion bottle. I had heard raving reviews on the service which I felt was ok. Buffet staff always seemed tired and took long to even bring water. Rooms were good though and spacious.

The customer service is top-notch; however, some staff don't know basic English, so have your basic Spanish vocab ready. These people know how to set good vibes and ambiance; get ready to dance and party everywhere! There is something for everyone, for all ages. The only thing I hated about this resort was how easy it was for smokers/vapers to smoke with no shame because the staff did nothing about it, but I saw signs that said no smoking. It was not reinforced. Also, beware of scammers near the ocean selling souvenirs and massages; as soon as they know you are from a rich country, the price goes up significantly!!!

Check in was terrible. Manager on duty was not helpful to staff or customers. Sat behind the desk and never got up once or looked up once. The rooms were patched up in renovations, tiles were cracked, mold in showers. Soaking tub was chipped paint job was not professional. Swim up garden was not kept up. Staff at the main dinning hall was good.

Francia Y Jimenez, she is absolutely great! She was very helpful, attentive, professional… I just cannot say enough of how amazing she is from our arrival to our departure and anything and everything if there was a need she took care of us like family! The Resort is clean our room was vary clean as well as our private pool, the staff is also attentive to what ever you may need. The restaurants were very good, food was excellent! Breakfast was excellent with a variety of foods same with lunch ! You will not be disappointed. Activities everyday at the beach and the pool! My third trip and I love it!

We live everything except that our room was close to the theater and we have a baby, and at night time the play loud music and it was hard for our baby to sleep and even for us.
