「The room could have been better. The pillows were lumpy and I found a couple of bugs in the room. The staff was friendly and helpful.」

We immediately requested her to change the room, but she flatly declined our request, saying this room was given according to a contract with Expedia. 「Probably one of the best stays we have had in the past 5 years. Great staff...except Ms.Lori, she micromanaged the kids in the pool which was a joy kill for all the kids and families there. 」
