105° Sail View has 2 main entrances: The lobby gives your access to the beach/pier and the back entrance gives you access to the flat area which is walking distance to places Mr Flamingo, Fredys Tucan Restaurant, restaurant row and nightlife. Starbucks is a 3-minute walk away.

*** Secure parking is offered on-site for a daily fee of $10 USD.

There are plants on the property, and to keep everything looking great, our gardener visits every Wednesday for about 20 minutes, any time after 10:00 a.m., to tend to them.

Please note a humidifier and temperature monitor have been installed near the thermostat. This helps us remotely monitor and address any power interruptions, without impacting guest usage.

Renters must be at least 25 years old and will be required to agree to a condominium consent form and provide a copy of identification in advance. Any violation of the condominium rules may attract a fine of $100 USD or more. The condominium building has strict guest rules. They are provided prior to check-in and are included in the guestbook. Renters of 105° Sail View are required to wear a wristband during their stay.

As per condo bylaws, no pets will be admitted on the building premises.
