"Our toilet got clogged multiple times with no one to fix it for hours and even overnight. Our water went out regularly and if it came back it would come back cold with no pressure. Front desk, Jose was extremely rude and unprofessional when voicing our concerns about the lack of bathroom. When asking for a change in room the hotel was apparently full and no one could come until the next morning to fix any issues. The other front desk staff were nice and trying to be helpful and it was secure property. Overall, not great service or accommodations."

"Air conditioner worked well. Only needed to have basic things like cups and tissues for the rooms, but things were well maintained. The staff was attentive. It was clean lay down foul was there’s no windows to enjoy the beautiful view."

"The hotel is located in a great area, very walkable. The hotel was beautiful and updated. The only complaint is the size of the rooms (they are very small). All staff was wonderful and helpful. The pool areas were well maintained and beautiful, and the food was delicious. "

"Weren't allowed an early check in it late check out. Offered free wifi; however, it only allowed 1 person at a time to use it. A/C was only in the bedrooms so the rest of the host was extremely hot. Was only given the toilet paper that was already on the roll. Neither one of the stove top burners worked and no there was no microwave. We also requested beach towel , which the amenities stated were offered but never received. I sent numerous requests asking about the wifi, the beach towels, to get more toilet paper and resort report the stove top and didn't receive 1 response in return. Worst customer service I've ever received!"
